"Stitching is genuinely nice"
I’m totally calm about it, obviously, but yeah, the stitching is really clean and the leather feels solid. It looks well put together, and I’m very happy with it.

"Colour was close to the photos"
I ordered a bag from Osprey London and, to be honest, I was a bit unsure at first about whether the colour would match the photos. When it arrived, it was actually close to what I saw online, maybe slightly darker in person, but not in a way that bothered me.
I did wonder if I was being a bit too picky about the shade not being 100% exact, because overall it still looked really nice. I probably would’ve given 5 stars if it had matched perfectly, but it was close enough that I was happy to keep it.

"Really nice soft leather"

"Fits just right"
Ordered from Osprey London and wasn’t totally sure about the sizing, but turned out spot on. Fits comfortably without feeling too tight, which was exactly what I wanted. Looks just like I hoped from the photos too. Really happy with it and would stick with my usual size next time

"Support helped, but it took a bit"
I ran into an issue after buying and reached out to support. They did get back to me, but it took a few days, so you kind of have to be patient. In the end they fixed it, so overall it was okay.

"Lovely bag, really happy with my choice"
I ordered a leather bag and it arrived really quickly, which was a great start. It looks just like the photos and the quality feels genuinely solid, the leather looks good, the stitching seems neat, and it feels sturdy enough for everyday use. I found the Osprey London website really easy to get around, or at least it was for what I was looking for. The menus seemed straightforward, and I didn’t feel like I was clicking around forever trying to find the bags I had in mind.
The photos were clear enough, and checkout was quick too. I don’t remember running into any strange steps or pages freezing, which is always a relief when shopping online.
I used it on my phone and it worked fine for me. Overall, it was a simple shopping experience, and I’d probably use the site again

I bought this bag as a gift, and it looked better in person than I expected. It arrived in good shape, which is always a relief, and she really liked it. Not the fanciest bag in the world, but for a gift it definitely did the job.

I ordered from ospreylondon.com and, the packaging made a really good impression on me straight away.
My bag arrived in a sturdy box, nicely wrapped, and everything inside felt secure. Nothing was squashed or rattling around, which I always appreciate because I hate when something I’ve paid for turns up looking like it’s been thrown in carelessly.
It was also easy for me to open, and there wasn’t a ridiculous amount of unnecessary plastic to deal with. Overall, it just felt like my order had been looked after properly, which made the whole experience feel a bit more special.

"Looks great, but didn’t hold up as well as I hoped"
I bought a bag from Osprey London and, in my opinion, it looked really lovely when it first arrived. After a few months, though, the corners started showing more wear than I personally expected. The zip still works fine and the leather feels decent enough, but for the price, I thought it would last a bit better. It’s not a bad bag by any means, just not quite as durable as I’d hoped.

I bought a bag from Osprey London and, i’m happy with it. The leather feels good, the stitching looks neat, the shape holds up well, the zip feels sturdy, and even the little details like the lining and hardware seem well done. It also arrived quicker than I expected, which was a nice bonus. It’s not exactly a bargain-bin price, but when I compare it to cheaper bags I’ve had before, like ones with peeling straps, wonky seams, or flimsy handles, this one definitely feels worth the money.
